What goals can Life Coaching help me with?
Life coaching can help in a number of different areas of your life. Some examples would be becoming more disciplined, getting more organized, discovering your big WHY, learn how to handle stress better, having a positive mindset, building healthy relationships, overcoming hardships, and so much more. This will be the extra step needed to get on the path to a very fulfilling life.
How long should I get a coach for?
Every situation and client is different but I typically recommend a year. The first few months are learning about your past, background, and what makes you YOU. Then we can move on to creating healthier patterns and behaviors.
